Donald Trump's Business Ventures Honoured by New York Based Company
Donald Trump has headed the most extraordinary run for president in the history of modern politics and at this point in time, his nomination as the presidential candidate for the Republican Party is only a matter of formality after he steamrolled all opponents during the primaries. However, Donald Trump is not a career politician; his career and wealth has been built upon a construction empire that was started by his father and which he then expanded into a multi billion dollar enterprise.
In addition to his political accomplishments, Trump has now earned praise for his various business ventures centred on hospitality as well and that would certainly come as a huge relief for him since he has not been able to keep a close eye on his business over the past year or so due to the campaign. The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, which is known for awarding medals to establishments which they consider to be shining examples of the hospitality industry has recently awarded medals to plenty of establishments owned by Donald Trump. The Star Diamond Awards that are awarded by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences recognises "the most prestigious award of true excellence in hospitality."
Golf courses, casisnos and restaurants have been awarded the medal and among the notable one, the Trump Grill located in Trump Tower in New York and Trump Buffet & Grill located in the same building have both been awarded the medal. The Trump Tower has been described as the "the ultimate residential building worldwide." According to reports, the academy is operated by one of Donald Trump's long time acquaintances named Joseph Cinque, who has been convicted in a stolen property in the past but those insinuations were quickly brushed aside by Trump when he was asked about it. "If a guy's going to give you an award, you take it.You don't tend to look up his whole life story." The Associated Press stated that plenty of people associated with the academy are in fact close to Trump and many of them are his friends while some of them are business associates.
