Amidst all the rumors that Kesha won't perform at the Billboard awards, it has now been decided that she will. The decision came after Dr. Luke and Kemosabe approved of her performance.

Kesha's scheduled performance was previously banned over fears that she might use Billboard awards as a platform to raise her opinion about the on-going litigation against Kemosabe and Dr. Luke.

Kemosabe Records later told the Associated Press that Kesha's performance was never ever an issue. In fact, it was temporarily suspended after it was learned that the singer might use the performance as a way to discuss about the on-going litigation.

The cancellation of Kesha's appearance as per schedule on Sunday night outraged the fans initially. But once Kesha reassured Kemosabe Records that she would not discuss the litigation during her performance, Dr. Luke agreed to give her a chance.

According to reports, Kemosabe Record has said that since Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark productions have reassured that neither they nor their supporters would use the platform to raise their opinion about the litigation, Dr. Luke has decided to restore the approval of Kesha's performance.

Before her scheduled performance was cancelled, Kesha had decided to perform on Bob Dylan's "It Ain't Me Babe." However, it has not been confirmed whether she would be performing on the same song or a new one.

Kesha and Kemosabe have been in a tiff since the time the singer accused Dr. Luke of sexually abusing her after drugging. While the lawsuit is still on-going and has not been resolved yet, the public is already outraged because of Kesha's serious claims.

Kesha's inflammatory charges have received a lot of support online. In fact, a number of other performers have come forward in her support, including Lady Gaga.

Gaga has been a huge supporter of Kesha since the news about her charges on Dr. Luke and her record label came out.
