Suicide Squad re-shoots are not hidden from anyone now. It was always speculated that the crew is making minor additions to the film to make it up to the mark, however, now it seems that there are many more things left to be done.

Recently, the Suicide Squad team conducted a major additional photography to fix the third act of the film. According to reports, Warner Bros. is still 'working to smooth out the third act of Suicide Squad to make sure that the expectation of the audience is not only met but exceeds it.'

This indicates that there could be an additional change that the team might still need to make in the film. The report suggests that the major re-shoot was done not to add humor to the movie, as it was previously heard. There are still some issues that need to be fixed from the team's end to make sure that the final output is well received by the audience and fans.

Shoots, re-shoots and additional photography are nowadays a common thing for major studio releases. Although, it may seem that the team lost a lot of time planning for the reshoot, especially considering that the movie is scheduled to release within a couple of months.

Re-shoots are especially common with Marvel films, as they are constantly evolving to incorporate new elements.

Apart from the high expectations of fans, Suicide Squad is expected to compensate for the damage that Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman did for the DC Extended Universe. While fans have found Suicide Squad trailers to be quite interesting, the production team just wants to make sure, by its re-shoots and extended photo shoots, that everything looks appealing so that the movie does well at the box office.
