Genoa City has been facing drama and troubles ever since Sully's truth has been revealed and now that Sage died in the car accident, more intense drama was sure to follow suit in 'The Young and the Restless.'

According to reports, the episode saw things going awry at Sage's memorial. But before that Adam received some surprising news that unsettled him. Michael told him that he has been named in Sage's will and this worried him as he thought it was related to his paternity. Nevertheless, he agreed to come to the reading.

Meanwhile, Nick and others prepared for the memorial. After a little dilly-dallying, Sharon also attended it and afterwards Dylan complimented her for what she said to Nick. Of course, it was a trying moment as the secret was somewhere weighing her down. But she managed it and told Nick that he was not alone in his grief and everyone was there for him.

Dr. Meredith also attended the memorial on Victor's insistence. But before that Victor had to coerce her a good deal. He told her how much he wants to be with his son Nick. At first, she showed indifference and then relented. But it did not turn out well for her as Victoria got confrontational with her and she returned to Victor to say that it was a mistake.

At the reading of Sage's will, Michael reveals that Sage wants Victoria to comfort Nick and asks for her necklace to be given to Faith. She leaves the vintage toy car for Sully and her estate to Nick. She thanks her husband and urges him to go out and find happiness. Later, Michael gives her letter to Adam.

Adam reads it and finds that Sage knew he was Christian's father and wants him to keep it a secret as it would hurt Nick. But Chelsea wonders about the voicemail she left and Adam tells her that whatever Sage wanted to tell him died with her. He burns the letter.
