Justin Bieber received another lawsuit this week after his controversial pose with an abused tiger. In the new lawsuit, Biebs is said to have smashed a man's phone when the latter caught one of the singer's most embarrassing moment in his attempt to handle a beer bong.

The $100,000-worth lawsuit is said to be a result from an incident that happened at the Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month. The Canadian singer was having a frat party with his friends and during the session, he was trying to show off his abilities in drinking from a beer bong.

Unfortunately, Biebs is 'clearly an amateur' with the act and had spilled ale on his shirt. The worse thing is, the plaintiff, Robert Earl Morgan, caught the shameful act on his cellphone and may have make fun of the singer if he leaked the video online.

Upon seeing the act, the hitmaker got so furious, grabbed Morgan's phone and smashed it into pieces. Morgan, together with Jason Friedman, said that they never got the SIM card back after the singer smashed the phone.

The plaintiff also claimed that the phone contained lots of important documents--photos taken during his grandmother's 100th birthday, business contacts and at least 5,000 photos from his travels and other events.

The bar incident coincides with Justin Bieber's other mischief of stubbing a cigarette out on Post Malone's arm. Unfortunately, Malone hit back at the hitmaker and grabbed his throat. Photos of the act got viral in the following days.
