The CBS based American crime procedural series is all geared up to spawn enthralling subplots and that too, just before Michael Weatherly's out of the blue exodus from the show.

While the fans were already disillusioned and dismayed over the termination of DiNozzo's character, the team is all set to prepare another leading light in the show, which might assist the series in reinforcing their never-ending ratings.

Before the season ends, NCIS is preparing to welcome the presence of FLOTUS! The First Lady of the United States is soon going to grace her presence in the hit thriller program, NCIS.

CBS overwhelmingly announced on Thursday that Mrs. Obama will appear in the upcoming episode, airing on 3rd May.

So what is the extraordinary scene that will be revealed in the forthcoming chapter? The chapter will emphasize 'The Joining Forces', including veterans and their families.

NCIS frontman maintained "Filming inside the White House was a dream come true for the NCIS cast and crew," said Gary Glasberg said in a statement. "It was such a pleasure working with First Lady Michelle Obama and it's our honor to support the 'Joining Forces' initiative and the military families that benefit from it."

The episode will enthusiastically highlight the proposal claimed as 'The Joining Forces', which is a policy commenced by the First Lady herself, with the wife of Vice President Joe Biden back in 2011. The program is all about strengthening the military recruits and provide backing to the members and the military families.

Titled as the 'Homefront', the First Lady will welcome Special Agent Gibbs played by Mark Harmon and the wife of a marine and actual military spouses in the White House.

This is not for the first time the mogul has made her special appearance. FLOTUS has made her guest appearances on various shows including Nashville, Project Runway: Junior and Jessie.

The episode will air on Tuesday, May 3rd at 8pm.
