Song Joong-ki News: Earns more than Lee Min ho and Kim Soo Hyun

Hottest hallyu star of today, Song Joong ki slays the earnings of Lee Min-ho and Kim Soo Hyun.

According to China Internet Information Center (CIIC), they revealed the revenue of Song Joong-ki from his Chinese endorsement deals.

Actor Song Joong-ki garnered revenue of 16 million yuan (~ 2.5 million USD) from his Chinese commercial deals in a period of 6 months.

The media outlet associated the immense popularity of the drama 'Descendants of the Sun' stating, "Actor Song Joong-ki's endorsement revenue is increasing because of 'Descendants of the Sun. In China, the worth of his endorsement fees keeps on escalating. For a period of 6 months, he makes 16 million yuan, which is higher than the earnings of actor's Lee Min Ho and Kim Soo Hyun. Currently, there are about 10 commercial agencies giving him various offers". (allkpop)

According to the media outlet, with these ranges of offerings, the hallyu star can earn approximately 60 billion won (~ $53 million).

The actor's agency 'Blossom Entertainment' commented, "There are various articles that guesstimated the earnings of Song Joong-ki, but we cannot open that up. However, it is true that he is receiving series of offerings from global plugs both domestic and international". (allkpop)

Song Joong Ki is currently promoting the labels of Dongwon F&B, Jeju Air, LG Household & Health Care, HiteJinro, Forencos, Shinsung and more.

Aside from CF offerings and commercial deals, the actor is currently preparing for his overseas fan meetings across Asia. Hence, Song Joong-ki will also appear as a special guest in the Chinese version of "Running Man" that will air on ZRTG: Zhejian Television.

Thanks to 'Descendants of the Sun', hallyu star Song Joong-ki catch so much attention not only to the people but also to commercial fields and earns enormous revenue both domestically and internationally. He is now considered to be the new "Hallyu King".
