The seventh season of Pretty Little Liars may have just started to be aired, but revelations from the executive producer do show massive interest and forward looking attitude on the future of the show.

Executive producer, I. Marlene King has already started pondering about the legacy of the finale. According to reports, he is thinking of the improvisation which should be in place mid-season as well as for the finale, which would make it far superior from that of the previous season.

The sixth season ended with the revelation of the twins, and a reality check on Elliot Rollins, whom Alison assumed to be a good doctor. She had ended up giving a whopping 51% stake in their family business to Elliot. As per the concluding sentiments, it was pretty evident that Elliot had intentions to avenge the death of Charlotte. However, as per mentions by King, Charlotte would be returning in the Season 7, and would take the same character. The re-make of the character of Charlotte would have flashbacks to the past seasons, and in a way provide a clearer insight to the viewers about her relationship with Elliot.

As per confirmations from King, viewers will see Elliot's story in flashback in this season, along with his association with Mary Drake. A section of the fans of the show feels that the this season may be the concluding season of the Pretty Little Liars. With such emotions, fans wish to see the reconciliation of strong couples including the famous Alison and Emily (referred to as Emison).

There are talks as to whether the show will end with all the girls getting a happy ending. Over a period of time, fans will get several hints and clues to work out the plot, which is assumed to be fast paced.
