NBA trade rumors involving restricted free agents in sign and trade schemes are once again churning out from the rumor mills. On the list of speculated trade deals, Bradley Beal-Jimmy Butler swap deal is widely discussed.

The Washington Wizards is pretty much at the bottom of the food chain given their failure to make a dent in a breakthrough campaign throughout the season and the playoffs.

The franchise's top brass is now reflecting on the quality of their current roster of players and assess its effectiveness to deliver on the hardcourt. As reported by Yibada, John Wall-Bradley Beal duo doesn't seem to bring terror in the heart of their enemies let alone bring championship to a team struggling with extremely poor performance.

As a response to the heart of the problem, Wizards reportedly respond by making changes to the roster by 'changing its core'- trading Beal for Chicago's Jimmy Butler who already established himself as the season's Most Improved Player.

"Teaming up Wall with Butler is a huge upgrade for the Wizards backcourt both in offense and defense. A Wall-Butler combination would arguably become the second-best backcourt in the NBA after the Steph Curry-Klay Thompson mix," China Topix reported.

Despite the ongoing rumor on Beal-Butler swap, expect Chicago to get the most out of a negotiation with the best package centered on Beal who would probably flourish under Fred Hoiberg's offense gameplay. As for the Wizard, Butler's addition to their lineup would give the Washington franchise a real 'championship duo.

In a related development, a Fansided report also suggests Washington doing a major restructuring by shaking-up coaching and management on top of a rumored roster changes. Washington apparently is on the prowl to get Kevin Durant on board and quality top free agents like Hassan Whiteside, DeMar DeRozan, and Dwight Howard.
