Khloé Kardashian floated some pretty sensational news about her viewpoints, and everyone jumped to the conclusion that she was talking about Lamar Odom, even though she did not mention his name.

She wrote on Instagram Sunday: "It doesn't matter how loyal you are to someone. You can't change someone's heart and bad habits unless they want to themselves."

After that, she posted a long caption mentioning about "letting go" of a person, which does not really indicate "that you don't care about someone anymore."

Readers thought that the 31-year-old reality star was referring to her estranged husband. Odom had been caught red-handed at a bar after having been laid up in a hospital for a number of months due to a near fatal overdose of drugs.

"Letting go with love takes great strength. We have to learn to stop taking on people's problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back," she wrote. "Sadly, you can only express your opinion on a situation. You can't want their life more than they do. This is, in fact, their life to figure out on their own and in their own time. I do believe in timing. I do believe the timing is everything. You forcing your beliefs and dreams down one's throat is only going to cause resentment and possibly manifest deeper issues. Possibly to the point of no return."

"Stop shattering your own heart by trying to make a relationship (friend, family, partner) work that clearly isn't meant to work," she continued. "You can't force someone to be loyal, kind, understanding. You can't force someone to be the person you need them to be. Even if it's for their own good!! Sometimes the person you want most is the person you're best without."

She then went on to explain how it took her "so many years to understand" that not everything is meant to be and that you cannot fix "what's meant to stay broken." She also added that you "can't put your happiness on hold for someone."

Having put up her philosophical quote, she tweeted her "thanks" to her fans. She mentioned that she "just went deep on insta" and perhaps "may erase it" as it may be "too long."

However, she was a bit taken aback and surprised that some people jumped to conclusions about what she had posted.

"The fact that certain blogs are picking up what I wrote and are trying to read deeper into my post is what prevents me from writing more of my thoughts on social media," she tweeted. "Not everything is subliminal. Not all songwriters, tv or film writers, poets write from experience. People might just need a place to express. I believe writing is therapeutic on any level and I believe art in any form is personal and should not be explained."
