Fallout 4 and Walking Dead share a parallel storyline with a thematic undertone of extreme form of Darwinism where survival is a norm. Both the game franchise and hit TV series showcase a slew of hungry monsters and people scavenging often in a cut-throat competition with others over scarce resources just to stay alive.

As reported by Comic Book, a YouTube user named UpIsNotJump took the burden of recreating Walking Dead season 1 moment with a Fallout 4 backdrop. The video trailer is more like walking down the memory lane from the time Rick woke up from a coma to a world that has since been overrun by walkers (or zombies) during his sleep. The video also recreated many of the unforgettable scenes in the previous Season 1 episodes such meeting Morgan and seeing his beloved Atlanta flooded with flesh-eating walkers.

The UK-based YouTube video content creator apparently made use of self-made mods and advanced Nexus device to make impressive remake of pop-culture gaming versions of almost everything from Captain America: Civil War to the politically intense House of Cards Season 4 as reported by Inverse.

Meanwhile, Fallout 4's second expansion labeled 'Wasteland Workshop' is just a few days before its official roll-out. The game's forthcoming downloadable content (DLC) pack for various platforms like PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox is due to arrive on April 12 according to Bethesda.

According to a report by Christian Daily, 'Wasteland Workshop' will have a smaller map than Fallout 4's first DLC drop called 'Automatron'. Nevertheless, the second DLC pack still has big things to offer to its loyal fan base such as the ability of keeping and taming Deathclaws and using them to attack resident settlers. Its recent trailer even features a feral monster which could spice up the game.

As a workshop, the newest DLC pack enables gamers to tap into their creative senses with a number of crafting options that will help them create new things. For those who paid for the $50 season pass, all DLC expansions in Fallout 4 are free of charge. For users without the season pass, Wasteland Workshop is available for download for as little as $4.99.
