Amber Rayne, known for being an adult actress, died at 31 over the weekend in LA.

The porn star, who also accused fellow actor James Deen of assault, reportedly died from a "possible accident, a possible overdose."

According to Us Weekly, the coroner, Ed Winter, stated, "She evidently was with a friend. It was reported as a possible accident, a possible overdose."

Details have not yet been released as to why Rayne, whose birth name is Meghan Wren, had died. Though an autopsy has been done, a full toxicology report has not been completed. It's confirmed that Rayne died on April 2 Rayne in her LA home in San Fernando Valley, reports LA Times.

Stormy Daniels, another adult actress and the director of one of her films, Wanted, shared a statement to Adult Video News about her death.

"She was a really good friend, and one of the best actresses and performers that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. And I'm just glad that I had the opportunity to work with her and call her a friend," Daniels said.

"Her mother would like everyone to know that Amber passed away peacefully at home," she continued. "And as most people close to her know, she had some ongoing health issues for many years. But we won't know the exact cause of death until the autopsy report comes back."

Neighbors of Amber expressed to Los Angeles Daily News about their sorrow and how she impacted their lives in a positive way despite her profession.

"I'm in a really bad way right now," a man, who declined to give his name, said about hearing of her death. "She was a wonderful, wonderful girl and a huge part of my life."

Rayne had about 500 credited roles. She also won the award in 2009 for "Unsung Starlet of the Year."
