Dance Moms Spoilers: Maddie Ziegler Quitting On Season 6's Episode 14
Lifetime's reality hit show Dance Moms Season 6 is set to resume airing on April 5 but latest roundups suggest that Episode 14 will be Maddie Ziegler's last episode following a decision by her mom, Melissa Gisoni, to pull her out from ALDC.
As early as December of last year, rumors were swirling about Ziegler sisters and Gisoni leaving Dance Moms for good.
"Lifetime has not officially confirmed whether 'Dance Moms' will be returning for a seventh season, but regardless, the tiny pro dancer will appear on the show only through season 6," the rumor went as quoted in a report by Yibada.
In a promo video rolled out for the upcoming season, Melissa looked so upset while in the drama-filled backstage at a competition. One scene showed newcomer Ashlee Allen asking her why they would heed her request of easing off the tension when she's planning on leaving the team anyway. Abby Lee Miller entered the conversation seeking clarity on the issue to which Melissa did not answer. Instead, she was seen telling 13-year-old Maddie about leaving the show.
"I'm tired of it. There's more to the world than going to a dance competition," said Melissa to her daughter as quoted by International Business Times.
Recently, Maddie Ziegler finally broke her silence on her leaving Dance Moms. The young dancer has confirmed what many people have long speculated after revealing their decision at the Nickelodeon 2016 Kids' Choice Awards last month.
"I am leaving, but it'll be a good thing because we're moving on to cool things," shared the young Ziegler as stated in a report by the Inquistr.
With her exit from the show looming, Ziegler is reportedly been asked to sit as the youngest judge on 'So You Think You Can Dance' kids' edition. Now that Maddie is leaving, fans are debating on who will fill her shoes to become Abby Lee Miller's next favorite student.
