"Network of Thrones," a research paper conducted by Jie Shan and Beveridge used a list of "Game of Thrones" season 6 characters and integrated patterns as well as links to explain the complex social network of Westeros.

According to the research, the the sub-networks were more multifactorial with regards to Lannisters at the King's Landing, Bran Stark, Arya Stark, Robb Stark and several other dead people, people near the wall, most importantly Jon Snow and Eastern part of the world, including Daenerys Targaryen.

Based on the research findings, Tyrion Lannister has the maximum number of connections because of his role in the political domain and also his connection to the people who have further connections, such as Daenerys and his siblings.

Sansa Stark also has high number of connections because of her presence in several places and the interactions of powerful people with her from King's Landing.

It was then concluded that Jon Snow was indeed dead because of his association with the high lords of Westeros, including those of Night's watch, personal militia and Wildlings. Based on this logic, since he was in a wrong place, overlapping the wildlings with mortal enemies at his camp, it is safe to assume that they really did kill him.

However, Amy Schumer claimed in her television series "Inside Amy Schumer" that "...Jon Snow is definitely alive. Because he said no to doing our show."

According to the season 6 trailer of the popular series, there have been no hints of about Jon Snow. In fact, Jaqen H'gar, in the new trailer, claims that more dead people will be added to Hall of Faces. The first trailer showed Jon Snow's face in it, so is he truly dead?
