Chloe Grace, Taylor Swift Feud: Did Chloë Grace Moretz Turn down Taylor Swift’s Invite?

Taylor Swift is a superstar in her own right and after winning a Grammy this year, she is certainly the reigning queen in the music industry, but it does not look like everyone wants to be in her popular squad. At least, Chloë Grace Moretz definitely does not harbor such a wish.

The former child actress has hinted that she was invited to be part of the Pop star's squad but she reportedly turned down the offer. It came to her courtesy her friend Selena Gomez who is BFF with Taylor Swift and also a part of her squad.

As per reports, the 19-year old actress has said that squads seize freedom and exclusivity. Referring to them as cliques, Chloë also admitted in the same breath that Taylor is a very talented person. But she would not hang out with people just because they have earned stardom.

She revealed that she would like to emulate Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock. The "Pretty Woman" is her idol as she has earned the title of America's Sweetheart which Chloë too desires.

Expressing her views on gender equality and feminism, Chloë said that as she is growing up, she is getting more confident to voice her opinions. She said that few years back, she did feel conscious about speaking on women's issues as she thought it would make her unpopular.

However, now she has grown up and knows her mind. She is no longer afraid of speaking on gender equality as she feels it is an important issue which needs to be addressed properly so that it may empower the human race as well as the genders.

Her gradual evolution and maturity also find a reflection in her upcoming projects which include Disney's live-action re-imagining of The Little Mermaid. According to her, it will be totally different and free from regressive stereotypes.
