Details over Netflix's sci-fi TV drama series 'Sense8' remain scarce leaving fans wondering over the subsequent episodes when the new season commences sometime this year.

As rumors over the new season fuel media hype, viewers locked in to the series expect the show to be back on air around August this year as reported by Christian Today. August 8 is a likely a preferred date for the release for two reasons. On that same date last year, Netflix made an official announcement regarding the show's second season coinciding the eight Sensates' birthday.

Also, actress Tina Desai promised the show to be filled with 'intense and action-packed' scenes when pressed by reporters in a recent interview.

According to a report by Parent Herald, Desai, who assumes Kala's role in hit series, revealed that the upcoming Season 2 episodes will bring 'more stressful and electric' atmosphere between Kala and Wolfgang which indirectly pointed to the speculated love triangle between Kala, Rajan and Wolfgang.

There are also wild speculations about Rajan turning into a villainous character as a consequence of the purported complicated love affair pushing Kala closer to Wolfgang as mentioned by Crossmap.

In addition, some reports suggest that Will may regain his consciousness after choosing to sedate himself to save his cluster from the Whispers.

As fans patiently wait for the arrival of the next season, International Business Times reported that shooting the scenes for season 2 episodes will kick off next month. More time is needed to complete all the 12 episodes given the challenge of having multiple scenes filmed in various locations around the world.

The binge-watching show is a sci-fi drama series created and produced by J. Michael Straczynski and Lilly and Lana Wachowski. The story centered on eight individuals from different parts of the world who found themselves emotionally and mentally connected with each other.
