Josh Duggar has reunited with wife, Anna Duggar, and children. It is rumored that now the reality couple will start couples therapy to continue the healing process.

The reality star had been in a faith-based rehab for the past six months after publicly apologizing for cheating on his wife, Anna, and having a porn addiction the past seven years.

A sourced told Hollywood Life, that now the focus of Josh and Anna is to receive couple's therapy.

"Josh and Anna are working on their relationship and are having the help of a couples therapist," reveals the source close to the family. "The therapist has been coming to their home in Arkansas to work with them on the many issues they have been dealing with since Josh has returned from rehab."

The Duggar family recently confirmed his recent release from the rehab facility with a statement on their website, sharing that it was a "crucial first step" for the family and seem quite positive about the future.

Yet, the same source additionally claims that there is no guarantee that the therapy will keep the Christian family together. "Anna is afraid of what Josh could do next," explains the source. "Josh being back home doesn't mean Anna is going to stay with him. The therapist is helping them figure out, can their marriage be saved? They are doing lots of prayer together and are trying to make it work for the kids but their future still is uncertain."

On Monday night's season premier of TLC's "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," Anna revealed that after her visit with Josh, she felt a lot of hope for the future.

"I just got back from visiting Joshua, and he loves each one of you guys very much and is just really grateful for a family that's willing to talk straight and to grieve when you've fallen, but also to love and forgive and have hope," she shared on the TV show as tears welled up in her eyes. "So I look forward to seeing what God has in the future."

What do you think will happen to the family in the near future?
