Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Rumors, Release Date: Surface Pro 4 Discount Hinting At Early Release?

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 release might be coming soon, as the early versions of the Microsoft hybrid laptop are on discounts.

Microsoft is offering $100 discount on some Core i5 Surface Pro 4 tablets via the Microsoft Store, MSPPowerUser.com reports. The retail price for a Surface Pro 4 equipped with Core i5, 128GB SSD and 4GB of RAM is now only $899 as compared to its normal retail price of $999. Also, the Core i5 Surface Pro 4 with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, which is normally priced at $1,299 is now selling for only $1,199, added TheBitBag.

According to MobiPicker, the new device will be seen sporting a better battery life, probably up to 7 hours. The Surface Pro 5 might also get a rechargeable Surface Pen with on/off button, charging terminals, and an indicator light. The Surface Pro 5 will get 4K display so that users can watch 4K video content on the devices. There will be a 13.3-inches display on the Surface Pro 5.

The base version of the Surface Pro 5 will get an Intel i5 and will be priced at $899. The i7-powered variant will cost $999, while the one with an i7 Extreme will retail for $1,599, according to Laptopmag.

Notably, Surface Pro 4 deals are valid only until March 26, so you better hurry.
