Samsung is one the few technology companies that provides at least two flagship lineups every year. Now that it has already released the Galaxy S7 series, fans have begun wondering about the Galaxy Note 6 release.

According to rumors, the upcoming Galaxy Note 6 will have extremely powerful internals with major under-the-hood enhancement. The company is reportedly looking to make the next flagship a hybrid powerhouse. The phone might have 6GB RAM and could be paired with latest Exynos chipset. Meanwhile, just like the Galaxy S7 iterations, it is also said that the Galaxy Note 6 will feature a different chipset in each of two versions. In addition to an Exynos chipset variant, Samsung will also release a Galaxy Note 6 with a Snapdragon processor, Christian Today noted.

According to Trusted Reviews, Samsung is reportedly planning to use its newly launched UFS 2.0 memory chips in the Galaxy Note 6, which will let users store data up to 256 GB. Meanwhile, Yibada reported that some Galaxy S7 features will also make it to the Galaxy Note 6, adding to its growing list of improvements. Aside from microSD card support, the waterproofing and enhanced camera features of the Galaxy S7 will also make it to the upcoming Galaxy Note 6.

Rumors also claim that Samsung might release the Galaxy Note 6 as early as August.

However, none of the rumors have been confirmed by the Samsung so readers are advised to take this with a pinch of salt.
