HTC 10, the next-gen flagship smartphone by HTC, could be unveiled on April 19, according to a reliable source. New leaked images of the device hint four different color options and specifications.

"In case it wasn't obvious, I'd say that Tuesday, April 19th - the date on the screen - is nearly a lock for HTC 10 launch," tweeted the always-reliable Evan Blass.

HTC 10 is expected to sport  5.15-inch QHD display, powered by a Snapdragon 820 and an Adreno 530 GPU. The chipset could be coupled with a 4GB RAM. The rear camera is expected to be 12MP and the device would have a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

The color options include grey, gold, silver, and white.

Two of the biggest players in smartphone market, LG and Samsung have already released their flagship phones and now the entire attention is shifting to HTC.

The company has already hinted at its impending launch, tweeting a teaser image of the device, confirming its tweaked design, TechTimes noted.

Another school of rumors also suggest that HTC would hold a press event on April 11 to launch HTC 10.

HTC 10 will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box and updated version of HTC Sense 8.0.
