"This bitch got control problems. I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture...the [f--kery] for 15k a month," he said back then.

The tweets are said to have been followed after Future is only allowed 19 visits to see their son since December 2014.

In the lawsuit, the songstress said that the tweets hinted at her hurt her career and thus would demand Future to pay the cash settlement and $250,000 in legal costs. Also, she wanted all the Tweets to be deleted.

"Ciara has said that Future uses the situation to promote his music by staying in the press using her name. He is jealous she has moved on and is happy. He is unable to move on and co-parent in a healthy way. Future has told her he hopes she fails in everything she does and that's just being evil," a source said as mentioned in IB Times.

Meanwhile, Future hits back at his ex saying she is a 'hypocrite' and had actually made slanderous comments about him first. He pointed out that the lyrics of the 31-year old singer's song I Bet is about him and his alleged cheating, TMZ said.

"You know that it hurts your pride but you thought the grass was greener on the other side. I bet you start loving me as soon as I start loving someone else. Somebody better than you," as the lyrics goes.

For now, the publication learned that Future has been considering plans of filing a counter lawsuit but is not decided about it yet.
