Kim Kardashian debuts appearance on Instagram since the delivery of her second baby, Saint West. However, instead of being excited to see their idol, Kardashian fans and followers slammed Kim's face alleging it has been altered.

The photo showing Kourtney and Kim having a two-fie with matching black turtleneck shirt and pants appeared in Kourtney's Instagram, Independent UK reported.

"Studio hoes. #SWISH," goes the caption.

Fans are quick to comment questioning what happened to the 35-year old mom's face as it is 'unrecognizable.'

Others attributed the change to the Kim's alleged recent botox operation.

"Post Botox Kimmyyyy?????" one fan said.

The criticisms went on with some commenters comparing Kim's face in the past years with the recent one.

"Kim kim @kimkardashian u used to veryyyyy prety girl..now omg what u do with ur face??? U nearly just look like donatela now (sic)"

"Does Kim honestly think her face looks good? She ruined herself," one wrote as mentioned in OK! Magazine.

In her entire reality TV celebrity career, Kim has been a constant target of fans questioning whether her beauty is real or just a product of cosmetic surgery.

Kanye West's wife constantly denied rumors of rhinoplasty, botox, breast and butt enhancement saying that her flawlessness can be attributed to her makeup artists' magic tricks.

"If I take this bra off, you will tell me I need to get them done," she once joke in an interview.

However, one time, the reality TV star admitted to having tried botox and Fraxnel treatments-the latter considered as non-invasive but hardcore.

Meanwhile, Rob Kardashian compares Kim to Rosamund Pike's award-winning character in Gone Girl, Mirror reported.

The 10-months old post has resurfaced with Rob posting a photo of Amy Dune in her most hideous look.

"This is my sister kim , the b**** from Gone Girl."

The discussion got even funnier as Khloe Kardashian joined in the discussion.
