Lamar Odom, who almost died from a drug overdose, has reportedly promised his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian that he is "done with drugs."

The two have been separated since 2013. However, when news of Odom's hospitalization surfaced, Khloe and her family dropped everything and flew to Las Vegas to see him.

Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada Brothel and was rushed to the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where he was in a coma for nearly three days. Odom, who woke up last Friday, was moved to a hospital in Los Angeles where he would be able to receive specialized treatment. Odom will be undergoing physical therapy for the next few months and he will not have to go through it alone.

Khloe will reportedly stay by Odom's side throughout his recovery. She has been at Odom's bedside since the first day of his hospitalization. Many people, including her ex-boyfriend, French Montana have praised Khloe for sticking and supporting Odom.

"It's a beautiful thing what she's doing. I feel like every woman should do that," the 30-year-old rapper said. "I feel like once somebody's going through a critical condition, I feel like people should step up to the plate to help. Once upon a time they had a real relationship when they was married, they sill married."

James Harden of the Houston Rockets, who has been romantically linked to Khloe over these past few months, was also reportedly very understanding of the entire situation. Khloe and Odom will remain married for the time being. Khloe's lawyer has already asked the court to get their signed divorce papers dismissed. The papers were awaiting a judge's signature.

Odom's aunt, JaNean Mercer, also released a statement that appeared to support Odom and Khloe's relationship.

"As a family, we will remain united in our love and devotion to Lamar's health and well being. Again, that is our NUMBER ONE priority," it read. "In SINCERELY loving Lamar, we truly love and respect whomever he loves," Mercer concludes. "We always have and will continue to do so. Together as a team, we will support and encourage him always."

The statement also revealed that Odom "is beginning to gradually flourish both mentally and physically. His use of speech has increased and he's more cognitively responsive. His medical team has executed an aggressive therapy regimen to aid in his progress."

Odom remains at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.
