Zendaya Instagram Update: Actress Shames Modeliste Magazine for Full Figure Photoshopping
Actress and model Zendaya is, once again, speaking against body-shaming, saying that she would rather show off her real body as opposed to the 'edited version' recently released by "Modeliste" magazine.
In an Instagram post, the 19-year old former Disney star revealed that her pictures released in Modeliste's recent issue are photoshopped. She accompanied her message with photos showing the original and the edited form, EW reported.
"Had a new shoot come out today and was shocked when I found my 19 year old hips and torso quite manipulated. These are the things that make women self conscious, that create the unrealistic ideals of beauty that we have. Anyone who knows who I am knows I stand for honest and pure self love. So I took it upon myself to release the real pic (right side) and I love it."
