Nick Jonas and Kate Hudson Dating? Actress Refuses to Deny or Confirm Romance Rumors

Are Nick Jonas and Kate Hudson dating or just friends?

The rumored couple has been spotted hanging out recently, fueling rumors that they might be more than just friends. Instead of denying these rumors, the 36-year-old actress and the 23-year-old "Levels" singer have decided to not to talk about them at all.

During Hudson's interview on Bravo's Tuesday night episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Hudson refused to talk about her dating life in general.

"I don't like addressing any kind of gossipy stuff," she said in response to a caller's question. "My agent has been my mystery man maybe 25 times. You can't hug someone or talk to someone without it ending up being a thing."

Hudson was seen holding hands with her agent, Michael Kives on Monday night after a premiere of her latest movie, "Rock the Kasbah," in New York City. A picture of the two (published in PEOPLE) shows that they were getting pretty close while sitting in a car. The two, however, reportedly have a very close and platonic relationship.

Jonas, who has shut down dating rumors in the past, chose to give a general and vague answer about his dating life shortly after the rumors about him and Hudson surfaced.

"I'm 23, single and loving life," Jonas said to ET Canada. "And in a moment, I'm just trying to have as much fun as possible... I do live a public life and for whatever reason people are interested in that. I think my life is not that interesting."

HollywoodLife.com reported that Hudson and Jonas were initially having a fling but Jonas ended up getting too attached.

"Nick is all in with Kate, but she feels that she has more options and she knows he has more options. He fell hard and she didn't want that," a source said. "She is not as goo goo gaa gaa about him as he is with her. Nick is upset, but he is not going to back down just yet and still try to win her heart."

Hudson and Jonas are both rebounding from long-term relationship. Hudson broke off her engagement with Matthew Bellamy after four years and one child together. Jonas's two-year relationship with Olivia Culpo ended this past June.
