Lamar Odom has made a 'miraculous' recovery, E! News reported.

Odom, who has been in a coma for almost three days after being found unconscious on Tuesday at a brothel in Nevada, reportedly woke up and spoke for the first time Friday morning. The 35-year-old former NBA player reportedly said "Hey Baby" to his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian and gave her the thumbs up.

Odom is also breathing with a mask instead of a ventilator and has been answering questions by giving either the thumbs up or down. His heart function is normal and his heart rate and blood pressure levels are good.

E! News reported that although he appears to be "neurologically intact," doctors will not know the extent of his brain injuries until he is fully awake. Doctors are still keeping Odom heavily sedated. Odom's toxicology tests revealed a lot of drugs, including cocaine and opioids, in his system.

Since being hospitalized, Khloe and the bulk of her family (Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner) flew to Nevada to see him. Although the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has since flown back home, Khloe has remained by his side. She is reportedly in charge of making medical decisions for him. Odom's children and father are also at the hospital.

Odom's former teammates, Kobe Bryant and Metta World Peace, and numerous basketball players have tweeted their prayers.
