A clip of Madonna's 13th  album, reportedly titled 'Rebel Heart' has leaked online.

About 43 seconds of the track has the 56-year-singer crooning, " I've spent some time as a narcissist, hearing the others say 'look at you, look at you.' Trying to be so provocative, I said, 'Oh yeah, that was me. All the things I did just to be seen,'" reports Billboard.

Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, tweeted, "I would be grateful to any Madonna fans that can assist us in finding those responsible for the leak. We appreciate your help."  The singer herself has not commented on the leak yet.

The singer has been working on the song whole of this year as is evident from her Instagram updates. The song's title is presumed to be Rebel Heart as that has been her Instagram hashtag for a long time, Madonna has been posting updates and photos about her work in progress,  presumably this album.

The song might be in collaboration with Avicii, as Madonna used the #RebelHeart hashtag in a photo of her with him and his team some time ago, reports Billboard.

It is not clear if the song leaks is a demo or part of the original album.

If the album  is released in 2015, it will be her first compilation since 2012  when she did  the album MDNA and which made it to  the number one position on the Billboard 200 Chart.

The song was available here for some time but has been pulled off since then.
