Serena Williams, Drake Dating News: Rumored Couple did NOT get Engaged

Serena Williams and Drake are NOT engaged!

Ok! Magazine reported this week that the two were ready to get hitched after only about three months of dating. The rumor, however, was shot down quickly by the 28-year-old Canadian rapper's rep, according to TMZ.

The Ok! source alleged, ""She said yes but they want to keep it on the down-low for now."

"The rumor is completely untrue," Drake's rep stated.

ET Canada cited a source, who said that engagement is "completely and utterly untrue."

Complex added that a source close to both sides stated that the "engagement rumors are completely false."

Rumors regarding the pair were sparked when Drake was seen making out with the 34-year-old tennis champion at a restaurant in Cincinnati back in August. Shortly after the make-out session, Drake supported Williams during the U.S. Open, which was held in Queens, NY. He also showed up and sat in the front row of Williams' HSN fashion show during NY Fashion Week. Williams later supported Drake at his restaurant opening in Toronto.

E! News also reported back in August that the two have been flirting for weeks.

The rumored couple, who were spotted making out in August at a restaurant, have not even commented about the status of their relationship at all.

Drake and Williams were first linked in 2011 when reports claimed that they might be more than just friends.

Williams was previously linked to her coach Patrick Mouratoglou but that relationship was never confirmed. Drake has been linked to two of Chris Brown's ex-girlfriends, singer Rihanna and Karreuche Tran.
