TLC is giving 19 Kids and Counting and the Duggar family another chance on television. But this time, the show will be focused on the lives of sisters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald with their husbands and without Josh Duggar in any of the episodes.

In a report from Inquisitr, the TV network considered the idea of having a spin-off after observing that Jill and Jessa's daily activities on social media can still end up being highly-publicized with the support from their followers.

The spin-off also opted to include other members of the Duggar clan including dad Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar visits to their daughters as both of them welcome new babies and new plans, especially Jill and Derick Dilliard's social works, in their respective families.

What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child. Jill [will be] preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family," TLC Executive Vice President and General Manager Nancy Daniels announced.

The much awaited spin-offs will include two to three special episodes expected to be aired before 2015 ends.

Upon hearing the news, Jim and Michelle Duggar aired their special thanks to TLC and the rest of the 19 Kids and Counting fandom for the opportunity.

"We appreciate all the prayers for our family. God has drawn us closer to Him and to each other this summer. We are grateful that the new TLC specials set to air this fall will be sharing special moments with Jill, Derick and Israel on the foreign mission field and following Ben and Jessa as they prepare for the arrival of their first baby," the couple announced in their blog as mentioned in Christian Today.

Meanwhile, Jessa Seewald and Ben Seewald announced that they will be breaching the Duggar tradition of having the names of their descendants to start with the letter J, IB Times said.

We thought to ourselves, if we do that, we'll kind of limit our name selection. We thought maybe we'll keep our options open," Ben previously said in an interview.

The couple is also recently receiving suggestions of baby names from their fans as what they have stated in a newly-uploaded video.

"So we haven't told whether or baby is a boy or a girl but we are in the middle of choosing the baby name. Put in your top pick for a boy name and a girl name and who knows? We might choose yours!" Jessa said.
