Seattle Seahawks tight end Jimmy Graham has spoken out about the reports claiming that he is very frustrated with the offense and upset over his role after the Seahawks went 0-2.

"I like to win and I hate to lose, so frustration comes because we're 0-2 and we're a lot better than that," Graham said Friday. "I know that the most important thing isn't about my role or what I'm doing out there, it's about wins. That's all we're concerned about. What keeps me up on a Sunday night, Monday night isn't if I got a pass, it's if we won or lost."

Graham only had two targets in Week 2's game against the Green Bay Packers.

"It was a surprise to me. I'm not really sure where that came from," Graham said specifically in regards to the comments about his frustration with the offense. "I'm not really sure where all these articles started, especially since I said nothing to nobody. Usually I figure to write stories, you've got to have some type of source, which should be me, and it certainly wasn't."

Head coach Pete Carroll did talk about how frustrating it has been for them, especially since they are not hitting the plays like they want to.

"We're frustrated just like anybody watching," Carroll said. "We had so many cool calls in that game where we're trying to get him [Graham] in position to make a play. ... We're not neglecting him at all, it's just we're not hooking it up and it's not getting there."

Carroll added, "We have to find our way to get this done. It's not that we've missed the intent. It's not that we've missed the value of Jimmy as a player. We love him. He knows the calls. The ball didn't get there.... I think he is [frustrated]. I think he's a competitor, he wants the ball, he wants to help us win. I don't think there's any question about it. I would feel that, too. He's worked hard, he's great about it, he wants to do everything he can to help us. I don't have any doubt about that."

Graham might get a larger role this Sunday when the Seahawks take on the Chicago Bears, who have also gotten off to a 0-2 start.
