Pokemon Go is set for an early 2016 release but fans can't wait to discuss gameplay plans or actions to be taken when they find Pokemon in the real world.

Express tunes into some of the fan discussion to reveal that fans are contemplating challenging unsuspecting pedestrians to Pokemon battles. Pokemon GO allows players to play in the real world. Also on top of the agenda are starting gyms with winner badges, playing music during battles or coming up with funny catchphrases when a player wins or loses.

Pokemon GO was announced earlier this month. It will be available on both Android and iOS devices. The game is being developed by The Pokemon Company, Ninatic and Nintendo.

At the game's official announcement, Tsunekazu Ishihara, president of The Pokemon Company, revealed that a game called Ingress had inspired him to partner with its developer Ninatic to develop Pokemon GO.

"It has always been our goal for player actions, such as searching for or trading Pokémon, to promote socialization across both the virtual world and the real world, in order to further enrich both," Ishihara said. The Pokemon GO Plus device that enhances gameplay was also announced at the event.

Pokemon GO is set to begin testing later this year. Meanwhile, the game's official trailer has received more than 16 million views in two weeks.
