In December 2013, 22-year-old Australian Browny Joy Parker burnt her boyfriend's penis using a hair straightener, leaving him with third degree burns. Later Parker said that she did so as punishment for cheating, as they previously agreed on. Recently, the trial has been finalized with Parker receiving a suspended jail sentence, NT News reported.

The unusual case left the victim with wounds that could take almost two years to heal and even with treatment he is expected to suffer from some of his injuries for life. District Court Judge Paul Muscat, who handled the case said: ''In short, his penis will be scarred for life and he will suffer from a number of issues, including the proper function of his penis, not to mention the cosmetic and psychological problems associated with the scarring to such sensitive site.''

According to the judge, the couple met on Facebook and the relationship became troublesome over time. After a while, the couple ended up making an agreement that if a cheating is ever to happen, then Parker would be allowed to burn the victim's testicles.

On the day of the attack, Parker discovered that the victim had cheated on her with his ex-girlfriend and reminded him of their agreement. She then asked the victim to take his underwear off. After the victim's genitalia was exposed, Parker promised that she wouldn't burn his testicles but would tap his penis with the hair straightener quickly, but the damage was worse than the couple could imagine, NT reported.

During her interview with the police, Parker claimed that she thought the damage would only be as bad as a sunburn, but the victim said his burns were so bad that he was too embarrassed to seek medical treatment.

Parker received nine months jail time, but due to her 18-month good behavior bond, her sentence was suspended, reported by NT.
