Men and women in Japan can now rent a spouse for one night.

According to Daily Mail UK, a café in Japan is giving men the option of picking one of the café's waitresses to pretend to be their wife for one night only at the location. The café, Ore No Yome, which translates to "My Wife" and is located in Tokyo's Higashi Ikebukuro neighborhood, has uploaded a list of their female staff.

Each waitress has a description about her personality features and preferences, ranging from where they like to sleep to what they like to eat. The website also has information on the waitresses' measurements and birthdays.

When ordered, the waitress will dress up in only a bikini and a kitchen apron. As a "wife," she will address the man by his first name and perform wifely duties, such as cooking and cleaning.

"As soon as you know what time you'll be home, let me know dear! I'll get your dinner ready," the ad allegedly reads.

The café does not only offer wives, however. According to the article, women can order a husband, called "darling husbands," for one night. The husband will come shirtless with tight cycling shorts and serve dinner as well.

The fake wives and husbands prepare dinner at the cafe. They do not leave with the customers.

Customers can browse the website and check for the waitresses/waiters' availability before going to the café.

The café is similar to the maid café, which was introduced in Japan as well. At the maid café, the waitresses dress up and treat customers with immense adoration.
