Lenovo launches a 6.8 inch display Phab Plus: Is it worth buying?

Lenovo which has stepped in the smart phone market has been doing well with its budget smart phones. However, alongside the smart phones, the company has also launched a number of tablets, some with voice calling facility, however most of which are based upon the android working platform.

The company has come up with the Phab Plus which is one its major flagship phablet.

The Lenovo Phab Plus is a 6.8 inch, full HD 1080 x 1920 pixels display. The Lenovo Phab Plus is the biggest phablet to be launched so far.

The Lenovo Phab Plus works on the Android Lollipop 5.0 operating system skinned with Vibe UI.

The phablet is powered by a 1.5 GHz 64 bit Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. The phablet comes with a 2 GB RAM, and also offers an internal storage capacity of 32 GB. However, the storage capacity could be amplified with the help of external microSD cards.

Looking at the media side of the phablet, the Lenovo Phab Plus is built with a 13 mega pixels primary camera with dual LED flash and a 5 mega pixels secondary camera.

On the connectivity side of the phablet, it offers 3G, 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, and a micro USB slot.

It comes with a rear speaker powered by Dolby Atmos, and packs a 3500 mAh battery.

The Lenovo Phab Plus is available in metallic grey and midnight blue colours.

Thus looking at the feature of the phablet, it could be said that the Lenovo Phab Plus could be experiencing a good response, considering that the phablet is reasonably priced.

Lenovo has launched the phablet in its home country China, and so far there are no details available about its international availability.
