Duggar Family Update: Joy-Anna Leaves Home With Jill

The Duggar family was celebrating with its closest friends the wedding of Michael Bates and Brandon Keilen, yet one member of the family was not present, even as the various social media photos went around.

"Josh Duggar either stayed home or tried to avoid being photographed," according to inquisitr.

Even though the wedding was being shot for the UPtv reality series, 'Bringing Up Bates', the producers felt that Josh Duggar would raise questions in the wedding. Secondly, a number of people there would ask him a number of questions, or make him feel out of place.

Anna Duggar was present, as can be seen in the Instagram picture.

"Excited to be back with family for the weekend! #IsraelLovesGrandma," mom Jill, 24, captioned a photo of her young son, Israel, greeting his grandmother, Michelle Duggar, at the airport, according to usmagazine.

The Duggar family members use their social media pages to congratulate Michael Bates. However, Josh has not posted anything. He has never been active on social media even since he admitted that he molested his sisters when he was a teenager. But the former 19 Kids and Counting star ended his month-long Instagram silence by celebrating his baby girl, Meredith Grace Duggar's one-month birthday.

After their weekend celebrations, they said their goodbyes to Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, who finally returned to Central America for their mission work.

While the Duggars could not let their daughter leave, another Duggar daughter, 17-year-old Joy-Anna Duggar, was permitted to fly off to El Salvador with Jill, Derick, and Baby Israel. Joy-Anna also brought Carlin Bates with her.

Some experts speculate that Joy-Anna will babysit Israel, even as Jill and Derick attend language school this month, while Carlin will be Joy-Anna's "accountability partner", for the Duggar daughters are not permitted to leave home without one.

On September 6, for their cousin Amy's wedding, Jill and Joy-Anna may return home.

Joy-Anna may be happy to spend time with her elder sister, even though she is leaving for work.
