Five Nights At Freddy's Movie Update: Will Use Real Animatronics And Not CGI, Director Reveals

Five Nights at Freddy's movie may feature animatronics and not computer-generated graphics as director Gil Kenan wants to make the movie as real as possible.

Sharing details through his tweets, Kenan reportedly said that the movie will feature a new adaption of the plot but involve the game's creator Scott Cawthon to maintain the game's style. Kenan said the movie's plot will explore the game's larger universe, according to Christian Post. The director also teased fans with images that fans believe were meant to convey characters that may feature in the movie.

Five Nights at Freddy's game is just about a year old and has already won several thousand avid fans across the globe. Fans are exploring the game's latest version, Five Nights at Freddy's 4, which features Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and other animatronics.

Though it is not known which characters will be adapted in the movie, images posted by Kenan have led fans to speculate. According to Vine Report Chica and Bonnie, beside Freddy Fazbear could be part of the movie. A Golden Freddy, Mangle, the Puppet and Springtrap could also be featured in the movie.
