Ariana Grande has taken a page out of J.Lo's book!

The "Break Free" singer is officially dating her dancer, Ricky Alvarez. The very private relationship was accidentally revealed during Grande's doughnut-licking videotape scandal last month. In the clip, Grande was seen kissing Alvarez for the very first time.

Grande and Alvarez, according to E! News, "have been friends for some time now but have only recently been linked romantically." Ever since they took their relationship to the next level, Grande "couldn't be happier."

The source continued, "She and Ricky have gotten pretty close and they are officially a couple. They are keeping their relationship on the down low though and trying to be as private as they can. [The] way the two act around each other is very affectionate. You can tell Ricky really cares about her."

Grande most recently dated Big Sean. After her breakup, she was rumored to be linked to One Direction's Niall Horan before news of her new relationship came out.

Grande is still under fire for stating that she hates America and Americans in the doughnut store surveillance video clip. The songstress has since apologized twice for what she said.

In her first apology, Grande explained that she was frustrated with the high child obesity rates within the nation.

She had said, "Food is very important to me and I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole. The fact that the United States has one of the highest child obesity rates in the world frustrates me. We need to do more to educate ourselves and our children about the dangers of overeating and the poison that we put into our bodies. We need to demand more from our food industry."

After this apology did not go over so well, with many criticizing her for fat-shaming, Grande uploaded a video apology.

In the clip she says, "I've actually never been prouder to be American...Seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly that you have no idea is being taken is such a rude awakening, that you don't know what to do. I was so disgusted with myself. Seeing how ugly it looks when you behave a certain way makes you want to never behave that way again. But you learn from it. I never want to be anything but a positive influence to my babes, and I feel like I let you all down which sucks."

Despite the scandal, Grande's fans have remained loyal. Her fans recently created the hashtag, #CancelWendyWilliamsShow, after the talk show host criticized Grande's physical appearance.
