Conan O'Brien is currently facing a plagiarism lawsuit after a Twitter user accused the TV host of stealing his jokes.

Robert Alexander Kaseberg has accused O'Brien of stealing at least 4 jokes from his Twitter page which he later used on the 'Conan' show.

Kaseberg had tweeted on February 3, "Tom Brady is going to give his MVP truck to the guy who won the game for the Patriots. So enjoy that truck, Pete Carroll."

O'Brien had later joked on his show, "Tom Brady said he wants to give the truck he was given as the Super Bowl MVP to the guy who won the Super Bowl for the Patriots. So Brady is giving his truck to Seahawks Coach Pete Carroll."

Then again on February 17, Kaseberg has written on Twitter page,"Washington Monument is 10 inches shorter than previously thought. You know the winter has been rough when a monument suffers from shrinkage."

O'Brien on the same day said, "Surveyors announced that the Washington Monument is 10 inches shorter than what's been recorded. Of course, the monument is blaming the shrinkage on the cold weather."

Meanwhile O'Brien's production company has refuted these claims.

"We at Conaco firmly believe there is no merit to this lawsuit."
