Google brought out its major flagship a couple of years back, the Google Glasses. However, the product did not make good progress in the global market. The price and the features ratio was not coherent and this effected the product heavily in the global market.

However, Google has not lost the trend of the Google Glasses. Google is now working towards developing Google Glasses which are water resistant as well as foldable.

A report by 9To5, Google says that the company is now working on an enterprise focussed vision of Google Glass that is tailored for workplaces. Called Google Glass EE (Enterprise Edition) at the company, the upcoming product will feature several tweaks, but will not be a complete overhaul.

On the other hand, Google is working towards improving the Google Glass with a bigger prism to view the content, an Intel Atom Processor, better battery life and an improved heat management.

On an overall view, the next generation Google Glasses will be like a regular pair of sunglasses, while it is more rugged and durable to protect it against damage in work environments.

However, there is no information regarding when the second generation Google Glasses will hit the global market.
