The summer 2015 updates for Clash of Clans were finally released on the first of this month and there are quite a few upgrades.

One of the major upgrades to the popular mobile game this year include the level 5 dragon available with Town Hall Level 10 Players.

The cost of the level 5 dragon is 8 million elixir and also requires an updated laboratory. The other good news here is that the cost of level four dragon has been lowered to 6 million elixir and also comes without the need of an updated laboratory.

There were some changes to make gameplay more balanced as well. For instance, users can no longer use lightning spells to steal loot by destroying elixir storage. The spell instead can be used to kill resource collectors and enemy troops.

The spells also now require less playing training time. Healing and lightning spells take 20 minutes instead of 30 while freeze, rage and jump spells can be done in 30 instead of 45 minutes.

Lower ranking players can now unlock dragons which enables them to counter senior players who have already built a substantial bases.

The game producers will also host their first ever convention for the Clash of the Clans community in Helsinki, Finland on October 24. Interested gamers can get their tickets for the event as early as July 24.
