Taylor Swift brought yet another one of her friends onstage.

The "Bad Blood" singer, who is currently on her 1989 World Tour, invited Lorde as a guest performer during her concert at Nationals Park in Washington D.C. The duo performed a great rendition of Lorde's hit, "Royals."

Swift, 25, posted a picture on Instagram (above) with a caption that read, "When your friend flies across the world to surprise your crowd with 'Royals' because she's a wondrous angel. @lordemusic." The 18-year-old singer from New Zealand posted a similar picture on her own account. Her caption stated, "Looking over at my girl like 'can u believe this is the kind of fun stuff we get to do for a living' THANKS TAY AND D.C. GETTING TO SING FOR U TONIGHT RULED."

After the special performance, Swift got a surprise of her own: the extendable stage that she was standing on malfunctioned and stopped working. While waiting for the problem to be fixed, Swift entertained her fans with a rendition of "Clean."

"I'll just be here forever, stuck up here, unless I choose to jump down," Swift said. "But in the meantime, I'm gonna sing a song for you called 'Clean,' and I hope you'll sing along."

Throughout her tour, Swift has invited several people onstage. These people included the U.S. Women's Soccer Team, Serena Williams, Nick Jonas, The Weeknd, Martha Hunt, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Hailee Steinfeld, Lily Aldridge, Lena Dunham, Uzo Aduba and Behati Prinsloo.

Swift has one more concert tonight, July 14 at Nationals Park before she heads to Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on July 18.
