Ben Affleck is starting to make it known that the divorce with spouse Jennifer Garner is real and final.

On Monday, the Gone Girl star appeared on public without wearing his wedding bond as he was visiting an office building in Santa Monica, E! Online said.

This is the first time that the actor's ring finger was seen naked without the wedding bond. In the Comic Con 2015 event in San Diego, Affleck is still seen wearing his wedding bond while promoting his movie and answering questions during the press con of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

In one of the photos, the actor is seated beside James Calviil in a panel interview.

Jennifer Lawrence, on the other hand, is still wearing her wedding bond over the weekend while working in Georgia, Atlanta for a new film, Miracles in Heaven, Mail Online said.

No recent pictures of the actress are available at the moment, however.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their divorce a day after their 10th year anniversary.

In a statement released on June 30, they said, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

After announcing their divorce, Ben and Jen went on vacation at the Bahamas with their kids

Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3. The vacation was said to shield their kids from the media eye when divorce rumors are headlining tabloids, Boston Herald said.

An onlooker who was watching the ex-couple said that their interaction in Bahamas was a cold one.

"For about two minutes, they sat in complete silence. When they did speak, their words were brief and tense. Says the witness, "They never hugged, touched or attempted to comfort one another."
