One Direction's Harry Styles took a nasty fall while performing on stage in San Diego, California Thursday Night. But don't worry fans, Styles is completely okay!

Styles and the rest of One Direction were performing "Through the Dark" when the singer's microphone, which he was dragging across the stage, appears to get caught on something. Styles then walks backwards with the microphone and trips on something that causes him to tumble backwards.

After the fall, Styles picks himself up and laughs at the incident. Band member Liam Payne then asks him if he is okay. In the clip, you can hear Styles say, "Physically I'm fine, emotionally, I'm bruised."

One Direction has kicked off the North American leg of their On The Road Again world tour. The Thursday night concert at Qualcomm Stadium was the band's first stop in America. After the performance, Niall Horan tweeted, "San Diego! U were badass! The stadium was one of the best I've ever seen, the crows was insane! Loved every minute of it!"

Styles recently talked about stage choreography with Entertainment Weekly. When asked if the band has to learn new moves after Zayn Malik left, Styles said, "Not really. I feel like you want me to say yes, but no! We don't really do much choreography anyway. We kind of just stand on stage. We're still doing that! The only changes have been that the parts Zayn sang have been picked up by different people."

The set list for the tour has not been changed. The songs where Malik had a lot of solos in, such as "Story of My Life," will still be performed.

The tour's next stop will be at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco on Saturday.
