Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman and his record label, Cash Money Records, continues to heat up.

In new documents that Lil Wayne filed to get Birdman, whose real name is Bryan Williams, out of Young Money Entertainment, he claimed that Birdman's incompetence will cause Young Money to lose Nicki Minaj and Drake. Young Money is a record label that Lil Wayne founded in 2005. Some of the artists that are currently signed include Austin Mahone, Christina Milian and Tyga.

In the lawsuit, Lil Wayne added that Birdman has failed to properly manage his company and pay his artists.

Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman was publicized in 2014 when Lil Wayne tweeted several messages about his displeasure with Birdman and Cash Money. The series of tweets apologized to his fans for the delay of his album, which Lil Wayne blames on "Baby & Cash Money Rec."

Lil Wayne added, "This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation...I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it aint that easy...I am a prisoner and so is my creativity. Again, I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album."

After Lil Wayne's rant, sources reported that Birdman felt "disrespected." In the following month, Lil Wanye filed a lawsuit against Cash Money for $51 million, which Birdman is reportedly prepared to fight. The lawsuit also demanded that Lil Wayne gets control over the artists signed to Young Money. By February, Lil Wayne and Birdman were no longer on speaking terms.

Lil Wayne resigned with Cash Money in 2006.
