Batman Arkham Knight Batmobile Update: Warner Bros. Leaves Fans Disappointed

Batman fans who pre-ordered the Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition have been left disappointed as Warner Bros. has cancelled the edition.

The Batmobile Edition included a transformable Batmobile statue along with other goodies including skins, artwork, exclusive comics and a bookcase. The collector's edition pack was available for pre-order until Warner Bros. scrapped it citing quality reasons, IGN reports.

Those who pre-ordered have been receiving cancellation e-mails from retailers. To make up for the disappointment, Warner Bros. is offering a 52 skin pack including Robin, Nightwing and Batman himself to those who pre-ordered the Batmobile Edition, without charge.

The Limited Edition including Batman's statue however is displayed on Arkham Knight website. The Standard Edition includes a Harley Quinn add-on with four additional challenge maps. The game is set for release June 23.
