Microsoft is planning to officially unveil its new Xbox One on June 16, a week prior to the E3 Gaming Expo, at which the new product was earlier expected to be unveiled.

The new Xbox One game console has two notable features: one, it has 1TB of disk space and second, it has a new jacked-up controller.

1TB of disk space is certainly an advancement over the current version which has 500GB of disk space. According to reports, the new version will have matte finish across the top, instead of the half-glossy finish that was seen in the previous version of Xbox One.

The new wireless controller would consist a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, allowing users to pick any headset they like to use with the console.

The Xbox One 2015 would cost $399. Microsoft said the 500GB version would remain at $349 (officially).

Reportedly, JB Hi-Fi, EB Games and Microsoft's online store will be stocking the 1TB Xbox One console. The bundle will include a downloadable copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial. Just to mention, Kinect sensor is not included in that price, but users can purchase separately for $169.95.
