Fans of "Seinfeld" can binge watch the show on Hulu very soon.

Hulu announced that it has signed a deal with Sony that gave the service the rights to all 180 episodes of "Seinfeld."

Hulu reportedly won the bidding war for the 1990s NBC sitcom, which included Amazon.com Inc. and Yahoo. Netflix allegedly decided to pass on the bidding war after expressing some interest in acquiring the rights of the show.

Although the details of the deal have not been released, the Wall Street Journal reported, via a source, that Hulu paid around $700,000 per episode, which totals $126 million. The WSJ originally reported that the agreement would officially be announced in a presentation on Thursday in New York. The announcement of the agreement occurred on Wednesday at Hulu's Digital Content NewFront presentation, the New York Times reported.

"Seinfeld" will be available to stream starting in June. Reruns of the show on cable channel TBS will continue regardless of this new agreement.

Hulu also announced that it has signed an agreement with AMC. The multiyear deal will give Hulu the exclusive rights to stream future AMC shows.

Hulu is co-owned by Walt Disney Co, 21st Century Fox Inc. and Comcast Corp.
