Rapper Waka Flocka announced that he is materializing previous plans to run for presidency in the 2016 coming elections. The announcement came out on the un-official holiday for pot-smokers, Rolling Stones reports.

In an exclusive Rolling Stones video, the Atlanta-based rapper openly announced his intention to run for public office in the United States while signing up in what seems like documents legalizing his intentions. He is said to run with running mate DJ Whoo Kid.

As for his platform, the No Hands rapper said that the first thing he will do is to legalize marijuana.

"I'm very pleased to announce today on 4/20, the best day of the year, I will be running for president. The first thing I'm gonna do when I get into office is legalize marijuana," the rapper announced in front of the camera as mentioned by MSNBC.

His other plans for the country include banning dogs from restaurants and imposing harsh restrictions on the big-footed.

Innovative new policy proposals on education, jobs, Congressional reform among others were also discussed.

"I'm gonna raise minimum wage, I feel like all fast food restaurants should pay $15 an hour. I feel like women got all the rights already, man, what else do they want?" the rapper said amidst so-called lucid moments while he was smoking what seems to be marijuana.

Further, a separate Rolling Stones report said that Waka's intentions are true and in fact, he is spotted having a campaign in a street in New York on Tuesday taking photos with one of the residents convincing them to vote for the 2016 election.

Meanwhile, Washington Post announced that one has to be 35 years old to qualify as a candidate for president. The rapper is still 28 this year.

Waka Flocka's announcement to run for presidency first came out in 2012 in social media with him saying, "I'm dead ass running for president in 2016."
