Everyone knows that Houston Texan J.J. Watt is one heck of a machine. However, no one knew just how physical Watt really is until he nailed a 61-inch (5-foot-1) box jump at a fitness center on Monday.

In the clip, Watt, who is 6-foot-5 or 77 inches, breathes in and out slowly before he lifts his entire body upward and lands on the box. The defensive end then yells out in joy before crediting his Reebok Pumps.

He says, "Must've been the shoes baby."

Watt reportedly signed a deal with Reebok. Watt will not be able to endorse the brand on the field however. There are currently no details about the deal.

Earlier in the offseason, Watt tweeted picture of the 61-inch attempt that he failed. In the pictures, Watt can be seen falling backwards while his spotter tries to catch him.

The 26-year-old was selected by the Texans in the 2011 NFL draft and quickly jumped onto the scene. In 2012 and 2014, he won the AP Defensive Player of the Year award. In 2014, Watt recorded his 54th sack and surpassed Mario Williams to became the franchise leader in sacks. Watt finished the season with 79 combined tackles, four forced fumbles and 20.5 sacks.

Prior to the start of this past season, the Texans signed Watt to a six-year contract extension worth $100 million and he became the league's highest paid non-quarterback player based on average annual salary.
