Kim Kardashian will not baby her younger brother, Rob, anymore.

The reality TV star revealed in the latest clip for an upcoming episode of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" that she thinks Rob lifestyle is getting "pathetic." In the clip, mother Kris Jenner initially expresses her concern over Rob.

She says, "I'm not a therapist. I'm not a doctor. But I do know that we've got all of the resources in the world, and yet he doesn't access."

Kim then offers her way of dealing with Rob, which includes some tough love.

"So I think that now what we have to do is everyone needs to back off," Kim said. "Everyone licks Rob's ass and does whatever he says. And it's just at some point, you just have to give it up! We all make his life so easy. 'Okay, we'll drive you around with a chauffeur so no one has to look at you!' We had a chef on standby, a trainer. 'We'll send people to run out and buy you socks and underwear!' Like, this is pathetic!"

The 34-year-old added, "We're not going to cater to him anymore, but it has to be all of us."

Kris, however, does not seem to completely agree with Kim's harsh approach. She says, "The other way to look at it is that he has something that maybe he can't help himself."

Right before the clip ends, Kim replies, "No. He's still competent where he can ask for help when he needs it."

Over the past months, Rob, 28, has been dealing with weight issues. There have been numerous reports that he is depressed and cannot lose all of the weight that he has gained. On top of that, Rob's recent behavior suggests that he is going through real difficulties. He recently posted a picture of actress Rosamund Pike in the movie, Gone Girl and captioned it, "This is my sister Kim, the b***h from Gone Girl."

A new episode of 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' airs on Sunday, April 5, at 9 p.m. ET on E!
